Most of our products are stored in our own warehouse and it is our aim
to get these to you within 2 to 3 weeks of your payment being cleared. Only due
to geographical locations and personal requirements do we take longer than
this. Remote areas are only delivered to when it is economical for us to go
there so you can wait up to 4 weeks for your delivery. If you cannot accept of
initial dates you will have to wait until we are in your area again, this can
double your delivery time in some cases.
We currently achieve delivery of your products in 2 weeks of us getting
cleared payment in over 80% of deliveries.

For larger items we ask that you kindly ensure that the access its location
within your home is free of obstructions prior to the goods being delivered. We
have provided clear measurements for all our items; therefore please ensure
that you are able to fit the item through doors and into your home.
If a health a safety issue arises our delivery operative will explain to you
the reason why the goods cannot be sited in the final location and agree a
suitable alternative location.
Delivery of Items on Route to
the UK
If an item is listed in the listing as 'delivery in 4-6 weeks or 6 to 8 weeks'
this means that it has arrived in the
If an item is listed in the listing as 'available in '10-12 weeks' means that
it has not yet arrived in the UK and is on route from our own factory or is on
the manufacturing schedule and will be manufactured shortly. Once the item has
shipped, cleared customs and arrived in our warehouse, it will be checked for
damage in transit, after whcih we will contact you via email or telephone to
arrange a suitable delivery date.
For both of the above situations payment will be
required in the normal way

Upon payment it is vital that you leave your name delivery address and
contact number. A mobile and landline number is preferred. This information
will be used for us to communicate the proposed deliver date with you and also
for our drivers to reach you in the event of a delay or difficulty finding your
address. They may also call ahead of delivery to ensure that you are at home
(this is not guaranteed).
Delivery Times
Due to our low selling prices and free delivery we are
unable to offer a scheduled or timed delivery service, if you are unable to
accept our initial date your delivery could be delayed by up to 14 days from
the initially offered date or even more in remote areas.
Due to the nature of the goods and the unpredictable
nature of the

specialist furniture delivery company" who will deliver the item for you
in a ground floor room of your choice. We cannot however provide a timed or
scheduled delivery service or deliver on weekends (except in
